Shipping policy
- How soon will my order reach me?
We try to ship products within 24 hours of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the delivery location.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product within 7- 10 days of shipping.
However, the actual delivery timeline is subject to our courier partners, and we do not have control over any delays that may occur during transit.
In the event of a delay caused by the courier, we will actively follow up with them to expedite the delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Customers may request a refund due to transit delays if the delivery exceeds 3 weeks. Such refunds will be processed only after the item has been returned to the origin.
- How reliable are your delivery services?
We have integrated with Delhivery, Shiprocket etc. to ensure timely and reliable delivery of our products. We primarily ship out through Delhivery, Shiprocket, we connect with top logistics partners, offering surface and air shipping options for your delivery.
- Why are my products arriving in multiple shipments?
We may ship from multiple locations in the country. This is the reason your order might reach you in multiple parts.
- Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping Fee maybe applicable based on your location and last mile.
- How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification from us with the tracking details once the shipment has been booked. You can track your order until it reaches you safely.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Write to us at customerservice@wetoytoy.com or WhatsApp at +91 8197340033 This helps us get you the best shipping rates possible to your location. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders, it will be charged on actuals.
- How long does it take for my international order to reach me?
We may ship mainly through Aramex or FedEx. It typically reaches the destination in 10-15 days after shipping. Any customs-related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Do you offer COD?
Yes, currently we do offer COD within India. However, COD charges may apply based on the product and location. All COD orders will be confirmed via a phone call before dispatch.
Partial COD orders require an advance payment. A COD fee is applicable and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
